Site Update – Permaculture Plans

There are now some images on the home page. For now, that will have to do. The basic menu is in place and a contact form. I am doing this website myself and I am somewhat frugal, so I have to use mostly free plugins, themes, page builders.

Next I want to add a Permaculture Page which will include 12 permaculture principles as outlined by homefoodsystems.com they have a free course called “Principle Based Permaculture Design” to explain these 12 principles.

I will be working to identify ways that Scuttlebutt Farm practices these 12 principles and to do that I need to create a structure so that I can share them with you and also hold myself accountable.

Quoting Dr. Steven Covey “Effective people lead their lives and manage their relationships around principles; ineffective people attempt to manage their time around priorities and their tasks around goals.”

So, I will add a page in the Menu titled Permaculture with a submenu listing each principle and in those pages, I will include noteworthy ways we practice permaculture. It is going to take some time, but all things of value do.
