PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE AND OWNERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. Ownership of Work Product: I acknowledge and agree that all photographs, videos, and digital records captured by Scuttlebutt Farm during the session are the sole property of Scuttlebutt Farm. This includes all “Work Product” created during the performance of services.

2. Permission to Document: I grant Scuttlebutt Farm permission to capture images of the landscape, plants, and gardening projects for the purpose of professional documentation and follow-up analysis.

3. Privacy & Usage Selection: (Please check one)

FULL RELEASE: I grant permission for Scuttlebutt Farm to use images for educational or marketing purposes. I understand that my name, specific address, and face will not be used to protect my privacy.

PRIVATE USE ONLY: Images may be captured and retained by Scuttlebutt Farm for record-keeping and follow-up analysis only. These images will not be published or used for marketing.

4. Revocation: This ownership agreement remains in effect indefinitely. Any change to or revocation of usage permissions must be submitted in writing and will apply only to future publications. Scuttlebutt Farm shall not be responsible for removing, deleting, or retrieving any content that was already published or distributed prior to the date of written revocation.
